This is the official thread for the Gettysburg Meet scheduled for 08/14 - 08-16. This meet will either be known as the Gettysburg Get Together (GGTG) or The Blue and Gray(and NFR, GPW, BB and Rio) Meet. Let me know your preference.

REGISTRATION IS CLOSED! WE ARE SUBMITTING NUMBERS TO THE RESTAURANT, GHOST WALK ETC. PLEASE CONFIRM TODAY! IF YOU HAVE NOT PAID FOR YOUR DINNER, PLEASE PAY $25.00 PER PERSON IN CASH AT THE REGISTRATION COCKTAIL PARTY. YOU CAN PAYPAL ME BY 08/06, BUT NO LATER - NO MORE CHECKS AT THIS POINT.

Things to bring with you:

1. Hotel info - see above
2. Extra car keys
3. Small tool kit (wrenches, screwdrivers, tire gauge, and assorted parts)
4. Quart of oil
5. 2-way radios (we always need extras, bring batteries too!)
6. Electronics ( cameras, cell phones, GPS, extra batteries, chargers, etc.)

I'll keep everyone as tentative until we open the hotel reservations - just easier to track that way I think.

Thank you so much for your generous offer to help with shirts and mags. I can wait for tax season to end. I may even give you a few days after the 15th before I start to nag you!

WOW...!!! This event is still 6 months away....and we have a "List" like this, already...???? This could quite easily be the "Biggest" event yet....

At the rate this is growing - we will probably have to plan at least 2 and maybe more drives.
