View Full Version : Dish Network ???
I need an e-mail address for someone high up in Dish Network. I've been trying to resolve a serious customer service issue for over six weeks and I feel it's time someone in the main office became aware of the problem. I'm not trying to be a bad customer but there is a problem that needs to be bumped up to a higher level.
In a nutshell, I've spent at least 12 to 15 hours on the phone trying to reslove the problem and I've waited at home six days for technician's. Three of the six days were no shows with no calls. I've lost six days plus the phone time...

Probably beacuse EchoStar Communications Corp. is headquartered in Englewood, CO. So I guess he's hoping that one of your members has a contact...

Interesting, I called that number this morning at 10:55AM CT. I spent about 45 minutes on the phone with a lady and she was helpful but not much more than the people I'd talked to in the call centers. All she really did was listen in to a three-way call between me and the service center. Her actions might help get the problem solved but I don't think it will address the root of the problem or get bumped up to higher ups. I also don't think anything will be done to address the problem. I want them to know that there is a very real problem in this area. I seriously doubt I'm the only one having trouble. I may call back for Michael Kelly. Thanks!

Here is a copy of the letter I sent to the CEO minus account #'s and a few names. I guessed at an e-mail address so I doubt it will get to him.

That's comforting....I'm moving 6/15, and I have Dish too!
