What is the Rev Limit er Fuel Cut @ on your S stock ? I just got my S last week and wanted to know is all .

when the engine is cold (<3 bars on the tem gage) it will limit about 6Krpm, other wise in your car 8K. good thing to warm the car before doing any hi speed.

this car, the rev limit is not smooth, like on a motorcycle, and you will bounce some. this might unstable the car in a turn.

going to rev limit is not a big bad but it represents a performance limit. there is a procedure for break in if your car is show room new.

The rev limiter on post 04 s2k is 8300rpm and that is when it will bounce. I have been told this by honda mechanics and hit it on my dyno charts. With VTEC you can hit that easily if your aren't careful, also watch out for over revving, that can be very bad.
