Hello Everyone, :hi: :hi: :hi:

My name is Denver aka Nugget. I have talked with a few of ya'll already and have decided to start a Rocky Mt. Chapter named "Mile High Chapter of S2KCA". We have roughly 7 paying members that I have spoken with and who support the chapter. I know that we will have several more joining soon. I would also like to thank Skyman00 and Silk2k for their recent membership to this wonderful community.

The paper work is about to go out to make everything official and of course the acceptance from the board of directors who are all amazing individuals, ;) (a little brown nosing never hurt anyone, he he) :yesplease :ipray:

I am very excited and already have a calendar for the 2006 year with many exciting events such as drives, monthly meetings, wax and wash days, mutliday trips, dyno days, test and tune, community service car show, etc.

Take care and I look forward to meeting all of ya'll and calling this forum and community my home.

Denver...living in Denver. from Houston, Tx originally (hi Coop, :hi2: )

Hi all,

I have been a member of S2KCA for about one year now, but have not posted. Have taken two drives with the Colorado group and both were something to write home about. :) Welcome to Denver and the Silk man and that other old guy that has been kind enough to let my wife and I stay at his house before drives. Good to see that you are starting a Mile High Chapter of S2KCA. We live in Western Nebraska but you guys always make the drive worth while!!! :D

Hey Ron,

I hope you know that you are always more than welcome to join us and just because you are in another state doesn't mean you aren't a mile high member. ;)

No problem!! All-in-all, a GREAT drive. Anytime you can get 13 S2000's together for a TOP-DOWN drive - it's a genuine "Life is Good"!!!

We want to get down to the Springs sometime for a drive. Not sure if I ever mentioned it to you, but I lived/worked in the Springs (area) for 27 years in my "previous life".

The family thing includes mjfrog (Ron), who is my bro-in-law. We are also working on my sis-in-law to trade her Miata for a S.

BTW, I'm the one out walking around in the pictures. We were trying to decide if everyone wanted to continue on or take a different route. My LBP is right in front of Brandon's NFR.
