Okay folks, post 'em up here. Today was just a freeway drive day, but I'll start things off with everyone's favorite Montana Tourist Stop.

Two cars aren't seen. There will be seven of us tomorrow when Dave (repiv) joins us.

Hi Rose! We've been touring Yellowstone for the last 6 days and have had NO internet service. Barely any cell phones, no TV, no radio, no newspapers, I loved it! But we're in Gardiner now and (obviously) have service. Pics to come, trust me. Heading for home tomorrow and be back on Sunday. However, just so you know we were there:

Great pictures. Thanks for sharing them. I had suspected that you might be internet deprived for a while. We made a trip through Yellowstone on our way home from Lake Tahoe in May but did not get to Old Faithful. It still is a thrill to drive through there and encounter the buffalo. It looks like everyone has had a good time. Looking forward to seeing all of you in the Black Hills in September 2011.

Most of the people intend on being there. We may even set up a pre-S2KDays trip for a group. Do a few days touring before S2KDays starts, then end the trip at the Black Hills Meet.
By the way, a couple of people actually had cell service almost everywhere inside the park. I pity those people. My phone was in my suitcase!

It wasn't just GREAT...................... It was

Sugar Frosted Flakes GGRRRRRREEEAAAATTTT!!!!!

I've been to a LOT of meets and drives. The organization, planning and detail of Ray's events are unsurpassed, bar none. The pace is just right. The routes are always entertaining. The stops are timely and takes in what we all want to see. Accommodations and meals are all well planned. I mean, who can complain about a banquet each and every night? And the view from the dining rooms ............. What can I say?

DO IT! You'll see some amazing things. You should reserve all the hotels/motels at least 6 months in advance or you may be disappointed. Every room was filled everywhere when we went. However, if you go in Sept., things should open up quite a bit.

Thanks to everyone for making this a WONDERFUL trip for me - I enjoyed it immensely. As I drove home yesterday through Grand Coulee and back to Vancouver Canada, it just didn't feel the same without the other people. Thanks to Ray for planning it to perfection. It was great meeting y'awl. Here's to Ray, Dave, Traci, Pam, Bob, Sharon, Steve, Cass, and Dale - great times, new friends. See ya soon.
PS: My laptop coughed up some blood this morning, so I'm going to have to do some fancy footwork to recover my vids. Lucky I also have another backup device, and I religiously saved the vids each night to both devices!!! Now, as long as the backup doesn't cough blood....
