My clutch makes noise on decel.my convertible top is not working for some reason(maybe a fuse),my abs kicks on sometimes.could this be due to little life left in my brake pads?the abs light isn't on.

It would be useful to tell us everything you can about the car. Year, mileage, work done, maintenance done, mods?
Other info .....................
Has the top ever worked for you?
What are you doing when the ABS kicks in? Braking? Accelerating? Coasting? Turning?
The clutch noise is most likely the clutch decel buzz that many S2000s suffer. It's just a noise and doesn't affect the operation the clutch. Changing to a newer generation clutch disc should stop the noise. If the clutch is otherwise working properly, it's not worth the expense to do a clutch job just to get rid of the noise. It's the normal backlash in the tranny that creates a resonance vibration upon deceleration that works its way forward into the clutch disc springs and cause them to rattle.

It's a 2001.lowered on skunk2 springs.the clutch was just replaced, and is still being broken in.The abs kicks in when I'm slowing down and only when I'm about to come to a complete stop.104,000 miles.the dealer swears the top worked and I saw recent pics with the top down.when they put the clutch in, the mechanic said the abs problem was caused by the vss .but I can hear a dragging noise on my front right wheel like the pads are really worn.

Do you have the emergency brake lever in the up position when you are trying to put the top up or down? The lever needs to be up (emergency brake on) for the top to work.

1. If you personally have never had the top work, then I would suggest that perhaps you are not going through the proper steps for it to work or one of the sensor switches are malfunctioning.
The car must show NO speed on the speedometer. The ebrake must be pulled up at least a couple of clicks. If your top still does not work, then the ebrake sensor switch might be not working right. Do you have a dash light on when you pull on the ebrake? If not, that switch is broken. Does your speedometer seem to work properly? A previous owner may have installed a speed compensator and it's malfunctioning now. Oh, just in case .................... Did you unlatch the front top latches? :o When you operate the top switch, do the windows come down? The main top switch in the center console might also be loose. Lift up the console and ensure that switch is firmly and properly clicked in.
2. Is your mechanic talking about the speed sensor (Vehicle Speed Sensor) or does he think he's talking about a stability system (it's called a Vehicle Stability Assist)? Your year of car has NO stability system, so it's not from that. If he's talking about the speed sensor (see my remark about the compensator above), this would not invoke the ABS as it must see a differential speed from one wheel to another. The speed sensor only monitors the transmission output shaft speed, so it is only one parameter that the ABS uses to decide if one brake should be released. If your ABS is kicking in, then something else is going on. The fact that you detect some dragging noises from the wheel, may be an indication that the brake job was done incorrectly. Perhaps the caliper pins were not greased and they are now sticking or seized. It's also possible that the ABS tone rings were damaged during the work. This can confuse the ABS system. Was the brake fluid bled properly when the brake job was done? Sometimes, a lot of air can get in if the tech did something really stupid and this air can get into the ABS unit and create havoc. If a brake is dragging as you suspect, then a closer examination will reveal this and steps need to be taken to correct it.
3. As for the clutch decel noise, this is very odd since Honda revised the clutch disc many years ago to minimize and eliminate the buzz. However, if an aftermarket disc was put in, these have been known to still buzz. Some companies took stock clutches and re-worked them for more high performance operation, but they are still using discs from early batches that had the buzz. Again, it's just a noise, but some people are so bugged by this that they have another clutch job done. Then again, it's also possible that the clutch job wasn't done properly and you've got some other noise that is not the typical decel "buzz". If this is the case, I suspect that the noise will get worse as time goes by, until something breaks and will have to be fixed.
Lastly, since your description of the noise is quite vague, it might not be the clutch at all. It could be something entirely different. This resonance vibration on decel through a certain rpm range can cause other things to make a sound as well. You're going to have to be a bit more descriptive than just using the word "noise".
Good luck with your car. Hopefully, the problems are minor and easy to correct. Each of the possibilites I've listed have an "easy" fix and also a really "hard" fix.

Is the engine running? If it's not, then the dash light for the ebrake may not activate. If engine running and ebrake pulled and you have no dash indicator light, then the ebrake switch in the center console may be broken or has come loose. The soft top controller has to see that the ebrake is pulled. Check the other stuff I mentioned in point #1.
You mentioned fuses in your first post. Did you check them?

Which fuse do I check for the convertible top.I can't do much on trying to open it Now that it's snowed but once it warms up I will try.How do I fix the ebrake cable sensor?

It's not good to operate the top when it's near "freezing". It will crack as many have found out. Owner's manual clearly states this about cold top operation. As for the fuses, look at the legend on your kick panel (footwell) and the labels on the lids of the fuse panels in the engine bay. As for the ebrake, this is where a service manual would come in handy. It's hard to explain over the internet. Pry up the center armrest (padded part at the back) and look carefully at the ebrake base. You'll see some sort of switch that gets operated when you pull on the handle. That's the switch you need to check. While you're in there, check the top switch connector.

Trunk light is like a refrigerator light. When the door is closed is the light still on? :p I wouldn't worry about the trunk light. If it stays on all the time, your battery would be toast after a day or so.
You're going to have to check all that stuff I listed and go from there or take it to the dealer. There are 2 fuses for the top in the fuse box near the battery and 4 fuses in the footwell that has something to do with the convertible top. Most of these are shared with other circuits so if you've got nothing else not working, it's not likely one of those. That's about all that can be done over the internet. The rest you'll have to do on your own.

i meant the trunk light on the gauge cluster is on, hence the my speedometer works fine but my trunk light stays on...and ebrake light doesnt come on..
