got a clicking noise in the right rear wheel.
it speeds up and slows down with speed.
can not hear it during medium-heavy acceleration. i am not sure whether or not it is because the engine noise is too loud or not.
could not replicate it in reverse.
there is a score around the rotor where the center of the pad is. i am not sure whether or not it was there previously or not. i did notice the score goes through some of the drilled holes on the rotor but seems to click too slowly to be something clicking on every hole it hits.

car has 117k and is lowered with <1in. between tire and fender well.

I am not sure if something is hitting the rotor to score it, you might want to check that.

The classic clicking noise at low speed is usaully the rear hub nuts haven't been retorqued. They came from the factory with 180lbs and they recommend 220lbs. Pull the center taps off the rear wheels, the axlenuts are "struck" just use a flat head screwdriver to undo them then retorque the nuts and hit it with a screwdriver to reset them in place. If it hasn't been going on to long you should be okay. If it returns then there is most likely some damage to the rear hub bearings.

Good luck.

First, eliminate something embedded in the tread - a rock, screw, other hard object. You don't hear it in reverse possibly because you are not going fast enough to slam the object to the ground with each rotation.
Any vibration associated with it?
If you have something embedded in your brake pad, it won't click. It'll likely be a constant rubbing sound that changes pitch as you change speed and will change pitch if you use your brakes.
The hub nut is a good thing to check but it's generally a single (or a few clicks) when taking off after changing direction from forward to reverse to forward.
You may also have very badly pitted inner CV joint(s).
The clicking might only appear to be coming from your right rear side. It could be coming from the diff.

I had a click in the rear. It was a bad wheel bearing.

i've checked it multiple times and listened closely and i'm 90% sure it is not coming from the diff and IS coming from the wheel somewhere. i will tighten the hub nut.

Speedracer- was your click constant and varied with speed?
