Passenger window won't roll down from driver side switch but will roll down with the passenger side switch.

I would guess that's it's one of a couple of things. The driver's door switch may have lost the connection. You should take the door panel apart and unplug the harness under the switch and see if any pins are bent, broken or corroded. If this doesn't prove of any use, try to borrow a known, good driver's door switch from someone and hook it up to your wiring harness.
