sometimes I have trouble with my windows/top.....the power windows work fine but the driver side switch no longer works when you press the switch all the way to use the one touch roll down.....and sometimes when I raise or lower the top the windows do not roll down.....any hints as to what I should be looking at Dave?

Could it be the motor going bad? how many miles is on the car? Do you notice them going down slower than usual? just my guess's, i'm pretty sure Dave will have a more in depth solution

50K on the car......the windows roll up and down at regular speed.......it seems like an electrical switch issue to me....the thing that is most concerning is that when I raise or lower the top they do not roll down.....otherwise they work perfectly fine.....the auto rolldown switch on the driver side is glitchy but probably just the switch....

This is a fairly common fault with the earlier models. Honda had a TSB out for the driver's side window regulator. This is a fairly expensive item if you no longer have warranty and most TSB's are contingent upon having a valid warranty unless you can get it "good willed".
The window regulator is the complete motor/control/drive assembly for the window. It was mostly the driver's side that went. In some instances, you can do a temporary fix by doing a regulator end stop reset. To do this, do as follows:
1. With ignition to full ON, lower window and HOLD button till you hear a click. This usually takes about 15 to 20 seconds.
2. Now raise the window and continue to HOLD button till you hear another click (15 to 20 seconds).
3. Turn ignition OFF for a couple of seconds.
When you next turn the car on and use the window, it "should" work again. However, this is not a permanent fix. It may last a few openings and closing or it may last weeks to months or you may never have another problem. It may get to the point where doing the reset won't work for very long at all. At that point, you have to decide to replace the whole window regulator (several hundred dollars) OR, purchase a device called an "Autoloc One Touch Express Window Control Unit" (Product number WC1000 - about $60.00). Try www.autoloc.com. Splice this into your window's wiring harness and this will fix the problem AND give you auto UP as well. Just make sure you wrap it in thick plastic to keep moisture out. This is by far the best solution to this problem IF you can find a seller for it. Mine worked like a charm till just last summer when I was on a road trip and during a torrential overnight rain, the module got soaked and shorted out. That's why I now recommend sealing it water tight.

Is it normal for my driver side window to roll up slower than my passenger side window? It's significantly slower, not to some extreme point but it's slow

Normally, I would say "no", but you're dealing with 2 separate electric motors and variations in manufacturing and variations in the way a motor ages with time and use, will change the speed that it operates.
