I just checked and over 10% of the hotel rooms are already booked just days after opening up the rooms for reservations! Hurry up and book your room if you are interested. We are now opening up the blocked off rooms to be reserved for the Fresh Water Tour. We will be staying at the Holiday Inn Express in Holland, MI on June 4 and the Clarion in St. Joseph, MI on June 5. These are both extremely nice hotels and the Holiday Inn was recently ranked 11 out of 800+ Holiday Inns. The final price of the hotel rooms has yet to be determined because we will be using funds from sponsors to pay down the cost per room. As of now, it is $89 for a room with two queen beds at the Holiday Inn and around $60 (depending on the room layout) at the Clarion. Both of these prices are about a $30 discount from the normal cost. I will keep everyone updated on reductions in room costs, and of course you will not be charged until check-out, so you can cancel your reservation if you are not happy with the final price.

REMEMBER TO MENTION THAT YOU ARE WITH THE FRESH WATER TOUR WHEN YOU MAKE YOUR RESERVATIONS.
Make your reservations soon because we only have 60 rooms at each hotel at the time. If we fill up the rooms quickly, we can easily get more. If people wait too long, they will be left high and dry.
Registration fees will be $45 for drivers and $30 for passengers.
These fees will include:

Entry in raffles for giveaways, including a set of 4.57 gears
Liability insurance to protect everyone from lawsuits relating to the event itself
5 meals (Breakfast, Full lunch and buffet dinner on saturday, as well as breakfast and a full lunch on Sunday)
Event T-shirt
Entry into Sunday's autocross
Numerous tech and install sessions
These fees are substantially lower than registration fees for other large meets, and you get more included for your registration. Just going to an autocross and eating 2 meals would add up to over $45. The size of the event is allowing us to offer everything at such a low price.

I wanted to add further information as to what will potentially be a part of this event:
In all actuality, we will have multiple prizes, raffles and give-aways. As of right now, the aforementioned is finalized. Everything else is still a being negotiated...

IX. Crown Honda- Keeping tech center open after hours for discounted vehicle servicing
