slow leak from Moton Club sport

The rear passenger shock appears to have a leak. There is a small amount of fluid on the crimp at the end (toward to shock not the reservoir) of the hose. When I go over small bumps at slow speed you can hear a bouncing like sound from the rear passenger wheel. The tire has evidence of scalloping along the inner tread.

anyone have the specs for Moton Club sports circa 2005?
what gas/oil? what PSI?

any recommendations/suggestions for fixing/repair? (not planning on DYI, but more info the better)
