Will a factory H/T and catchers on an Ap2 fit on an AP1?

Yes, but you might want to get the heavy duty hardtop windshield strikers (if your car doesn't already have them) to ensure a snug and secure fit. I think all S2000s from about 2002 came with the HD strikers. You may need an additional wiring harness and switch to make the rear defroster work but since you didn't say what year your car is, that's difficult to say.

I have an '07 and someone w/ an '02 is interested in buying my H/T and hardware. We both just want to be sure everything will fit.

It will work and the info in my first post still stands. Check for HT strikers. He won't need a switch for the rear defogger to work but he'll still need a wiring harness. Hardtopguy will probably be able to help out there if the VIN is provided.
