Today i got the chance to try AUTOCROSSING.
While waiting for my first run, i had the car on idle.
Give or take 20 mins, it starts to blow smoke.
So some people tell me about it n we checked oil.
Not full, but middle w/ the motor just shut off.
I didn't have much spare oil (1/6 qt) so i put it all in.
The car still smoked all the way through my first run.

After that, I killed the motor between runs.
No smoke.
The motor felt great the entire day.

I have a Fujita intake that was introduced to
cold weather for the first time today.
I thought it might be that oil in the filter....

Check your PVC valve. Best place to start. High G loads and a weak PVC can cause the engine to suck up oil.

On another note with you starting AutoX. Always run at least 1/3 to half tank of gas in the car to avoid the dreaded, and usually run killing lack of fuel issue. A strong left hand turn can cause the fuel to end up on the right side of the tank and you will suck up air and the car will bog.

Also I would not let the car idle for 20min. Thats to long in-between runs. If you are going to leave the car running between runs, turn on your heater, and A/C to get your secondary fan running. This will help keep the car as cool as possible, but let it remain at temp between runs.

And I'm sure lesson learned, always check your oil before you go to a race. :D

Oil was fine, the burning happened before the 1st run.....
