There is a metal on metal sound coming from the rear drivers side when I go over small sharp bumps. It clanks once, maybe twice, when I hit bigger cracks that cause the suspension to move very quickly. It sounds like it makes it at the top of the suspension's stroke. I just changed all 4 rotors and pads but I've triple checked my work there. It's a stock '07 with 15,000 miles.
Anyone have any ideas I could check out?

Check that you spare tire tie down wing nut is screwed down tight. Anything loose in the trunk?
Make sure it's not your passenger seat belt buckle clanging.
Check to make sure all wheel weights are stuck on well.
Check to make sure your brake calipers are bolted down securely.
All wheel lugnuts torqued right?
How about the rim center cap? Tight?
Go grab each exhaust tip and give them a really good wiggle. Any familiar noises?

My spare tire has clanked. My exhaust squeeks. I also recommed that you check you passengers for strange noises.

This probably doesn't explain the noise you're describing, but the spring in my gas filler door gradually weakens and the door tends to develop a rattle. If I open it and bend the spring away from the door, the rattle disappears...for a while.
