Follow the instructions and there is spot under the dash by your left knee where the module will fit. What sensors are you planning yo install?

I'm doing a stealth install. Im planning to run an Omega AU94T dual zone prox sensor, tilt sensor, starter and fuel pump kill.
the keyless Mod is located under the dash and to the left just below the start button. You can get your lock and unlock, door trigger, and trunk release (positive) at the mod. The lock and unlock dont have wires so you need to insert them into the open pins. I don't recall of the top of my head what pin spots they are. If you need me to I can go look and tell you. Also you can get you trunk trigger in the drivers kick. If you need any speffic colors let me know and I'll look them up. I would sugest getting your starter wire in the drivers kick as well. Dont go for the back of the starter switch. Its Black/white.

Here ya go. If the link doesn't work let me know and I will post the info. Don't use the lock and unlock info from there. They want you to do a 5 wire. Its a waste of time. You have negitive lock and unlock pins that are on the keyless mod. Its very easy to get to them. Let me know if you need the pin locations, if you not sure how to test them.

Yeah, i read that already. I can just tap into the keyless mod and get the lock/unlock wires from there. Good looking.
Let me know if this is right
Lock all doors- pink/black
Unlock (driver door only)- yellow/black
Door trigger- green(passengers side)
trunk release- black/yellow
Thanks for your help Goku! I have many questions.

Speaking of the starter, its the blue/white one right.
One layer of my security is a starter kill. Is this the right way to wire up the relay?

yea thats right. I think the blue/white is the one at the switch. WAY to hard to get, get it in the drivers kick panel. Its Black/White there. And that is after the clutch so if you do a remote start you don't have to by pass the clutch kill. The trunk release at the keyless is black/yellow you need to do a postive relay, you don't have to 5 wire the release, you can tap right into it. Door trigger is black/white at the keyless it covers both doors, and can be used as dome light sup with a ground boost relay. Your trunk trigger is in the drivers kick its a blue/black. If I remember right your parking lights are green at the keyless mod as well. The S2000 is a very easy car to do a alarm in. Sorry I can't help you on your fuel cut off. You will need to look that one up.
After looking at that relay I think you should not hook up 85 to a constant. You should put 85 to the switch side of the starter wire, in that diagram it would be 30. Also the diagram may just be a low quality one, but you need to CUT the starter wire, not splice it into it.

I won't be using the remote start. I just love the feeling of pushing the clutch down then pushing start.
The trunk release at the keyless is black/yellow you need to do a postive relay. Why do i need to do this?
Well i was think that the fuel kill is the same as the starter. Instead of the starter wire i would cut the fuel pump line.
I thought the parking lights were red/black at the keyless module.
Yeah its going to be cut. I just drew it in MS paint.
Doh, your right red/black, Damn toyota colors in my head right now. The trunk release is postive, not negitive which is the output of the alarm, so you need to use a relay. On the fuel cutoff I ment I don't know the colors, yes you can use a relay just like the starter relay.

how would i wire the relay for the trunk release? Thanks for the help so far.
86 and 87 to constant 12v, 85 to alarm output for release(red/white) i think... and 30 to black/yellow. that creates a postive output relay.

Why would this be necessary?

Great choice! I love mine....people that live near me dont ^_^
The Black/yellow requires a 12volt 1 second pulse to open the trunk. the alarm puts out a 1 second negitive pulse. It will not open the trunk unless you use this relay.

I can just loop 86 and 87 to 12V+ constant right?
