lastnight i was washing my car and had the radio on and went to start it and it was fine. went down to my dads boat it started 3 more times just fine than i went to vaccume it out and had the radio on again, and than i was waiting on my dad i had turned on the headlights they were on for maybe 5 min an di went to start car was dead ok no problem i drained the battery no big deal ill jump it. so i did on the way home it really didnt want to idle right below normal. i get home just fine went to start it today and nothing so i bum start it and off i go to get a new battery i get bout 2 miles from and the car drops below idle way below so i give it a lil gas and she comes back to life. for more feet i have to clutch it again and again it does the same thing but this time dies out and i cant start it again. once iget jumped it idle just fine runs fine but once i move a lil bit it starts with the falling below idle again and wants to stall out. help?

Did you change the battery, do you have the stock headlight bulbs in the car, custom stereo?

have you rechecked the ground wire on your battery? That was the only disconnect you made. It could be the alternator but as you replaced the battery, I'd start there. If that's not the solution, then I'd put a meter on it and see if your alternators charging.

S2000's are fussy about electricity. They have small batteries and everythings electronic.

good luck

Yes, do check the alternator to make sure it's putting out the proper voltage. In the morning before you start the engine, take a voltage reading across the battery terminals. Since you've put in a new battery, it should read around 12.5V (give or take). Then fire it up and immediately take another reading while the engine is still on it's cold high idle. If the alternator is doing its thing, the reading should say about 14.0V (give or take 0.2V).
If you can establish that your battery and your alternator is normal, then I would say that your low idle was most likely this:

But aggravated to the extreme by a dying battery.

A clamp on DC amp meter is handy too.
