Today while changing the plugs, the springy thing inside of the coil pack was stuck on the sparkplug. I manged to get the spring off, but now it will not stay in place.

There does not appear to be a wire or anything attached to the spring, I am not sure how it is held in place.

Here is a pic of the spring and the coil pack.

Does anyone know how to get the spring to stay in place??? Any help is appreciated.

I'll try to get some pictures of the actual inside of the coil pack.

To tell you the truth, I've never looked down into one of these things. It's never happened to me. You might take another good coilpack and see if you can see what's keeping the spring in.

ive tried that, it can't see anything holding it in. I am going to tackle it tomorrow, it appears to be just pressed in by the pressure of the sparkplug.

I'll followup tomorrow.
