I also use the UK specs and prefer them now.

Does this accelerate tire wear in any way? If so, can it be quantified?

I don't do enough miles a year in the S to know for sure about the tire wear.
Only the toe in on the rear will wear your tires out faster, camber has little affect on tire wear. I run specs beyond the UK specs, and don't burn my tires out that fast, but most of my driving is done at AutoX's, the car sees most of its road time driving back and forth from race to race. But my tires still only show slight signs up toe wear toward the end of the tires life. Everyone should be on the UK spec IMO. It should be that way from the factory :D

I haven't noticed unusual tire wear with UK specs. But I will say it improves the response.

Ask Looter about this. Maybe he will chime in here. I know he recently went to UK specs and I think he was surprised to find out how fast his rears were wearing.
I haven't done an alignment yet, but when I do I'll probably switch to UK. I don't drive mine enough to worry too much about tire wear, gas mileage, or any crap like that really...
I was thinking about starting to use it as my daily driver the other day, at least when the weather is nice. If I did that I may contemplate staying closer to stock.
I realize it would be different for different tires and driving styles, but to see some numbers on this would be cool.

We need the official alignment link on this site. It seems like every 6 months someone (including me) wants to know the European alignment or the US alignment or some other alignment.
Seems like we need the "Alignment Link"!

When the gallery comes back up I can post those specs in here. Or someone else can post that file.

NOTE: As Batguano pointed out, the specs that I have say AP1 on them, but are the same for
AP2's also.

I actually just had my alignment done about a week ago. I hadnt had it done yet since I went to the Tein Flex.
...........................................Left Front............................................. .........Right Front
Caster:...............before 7.48.......after 6.13...........................before 7.70.........after 6.31
Camber.............before -0.25....after -0.29..........................before 0.04.........after 0.00
Toe.....................before -0.05.....after 0.00...........................before -0.03........after 0.04
.........................................Left Rear.............................................. .........Right Rear
Camber............before -1.70......after -1.70..........................before -1.68.........after -1.76
Toe....................before 0.09.......after 0.03...........................before 0.14...........after 0.11
I needed to keep the rear camber pretty close to where it was before because of the tire sizes I am running in the back, they didnt rub before and I didnt want them rubbing after.

There are several trains of thought on this. It's the camber in the rear that wears tires faster then normal.
A. Do the UK, with less to 0 rear camber
B. Do the UK only in the summer (the most populor choise) of course, this depends on where you live - like the endless-summer TX folks would not benefit from this!!!
C. Do the UK with harder tires tihat wear longer (somewhat of a give & take approach)

That is subjective & depends on what your car is doing now. it is the 1st thing I would do before changing sway bars or shocks. Low-cost, easy, quick & reversible.
It tends to improve steering response, raise the breakaway pt for the rears and make under/oversteer more neutral. I assume if you don't do the rear camber, then it won't effect the understeer much - but that's a guess.
