Everything's got a torque spec right? Even if it's only #1.
I'm looking for Torque specs on the stock exhaust where it connects to the cat.

Where do you pull stuff like that? So I can search it myself next time :)
Also..that's for 00-03. I'm assuming it's the same for an -06.

I'm not certain, but I'm assuming it would be the same for an 06.

I have the Honda '00-'07 S2000 Service Manual and have verified that the torque spec for the Self-Locking Nuts holding the fwd flange of the exhaust pipe to the aft flange of the catalytic is the same for '04-'07 as it is for '00-'03.
BTW, the official Honda service manuals are printed by Helm (www.helminc.com (http://www.helminc.com)) and I recently purchased the 2000-2007 S2000 service manual for just under $90 including shipping and CA tax. (The 2000 - 2008 service manual is brand new and is a bit more expensive at $125 + tax & shipping.) For the purpose of being well-informed, spending a hundred bucks for a service manual seems like a pretty good investment when you're talking about a $30k sports car.
