Is that coming off the fog lamp? If so chop it. It needs to be hard wired with a Relay and Switched 12V. You are using a relay right?

It should come from the fog lamp..Mine did.
NO NO NO. do not cut that wire.
It goes under the dash into one of the green plugs on your fuse box. I belive it should be the accesory one. That is the Acc power for the fogs so they will turn on or off with the car if you leave the switch on.

Oh man I got jipped....I didnt get that little brown connector wire in mine.
But then again I bought my genuine JDM ek fogs from an ebay site in TX..
Lots of people cut that wire and just put it to some ramdon acc wire in the car or wire up there own relay for it, but honda already has a plug for it, you just gotta know where to look :D

a write up with pics for this wiring would be great. I am having the same problems with my kit from evasive. I can get the switch to light, and can hear the relay clicking but no lights. I got frustrated and gave up after a few attempts.

yeah i ended up cutting that and relocating it back to the relay (thanks Z4K).. im using the switch that cuts it on and off my brother conected the wires to the fuse box and now when ever i turn on the lights the fogs come on.
But a write up would be great i should of done it but i guess its 2 late now.
But i ended up painting the housing and putting 3000k hid in there, ill post pictures up when i get the housing for it

The relay clicking means you've got the low power circuit of the relay hooked up right. I'm going to assume that you've got one wire coming from whatever it is you wish to activate the relay with and the other wire going to ground. Now, have you got the high power circuit of the relay powered. That is to say, do you have a power wire coming from the +ive terminal of the battery? Then the remaining relay pin goes to the lights and of course, the lights are grounded.
Whenever you wire up something that is a high amperage draw, you use a relay because the existing circuits are usually nearly maxed out and adding something heavy like lights will blow that circuit. So, what you do is to use a relay. A relay has 2 circuits - a low power one and a high power one. The low power one can be powered by almost anything that turns the power on when you want the accessory (like your lights) to turn on. On the S, Honda provided us with 3 power outlets at the underdash fuse panel that are empty to start with. I'm sure you've all seen this diagram:

These are 1/4" male spade connectors, so you'll need the corresponding 1/4" female connectors on your relay wire to plug into this. The one labelled "lights" will turn on your accessory anytime you activate one of the positions on your headlight switch. The one labelled "constant" is ON all the time (generally, you'd want a switch on anything you plug into this). The 3rd one is powered anytime the ignition is in the "accessory" mode or in the full on postion.
If you don't wish to run a wire through the firewall, there is an optional connection under the hood in the fuse panel just in front of the battery. This connection will turn power on anytime the ignition is ON. Here is a schematic of that fuse panel:

You want the square that's between the #56 and #58 fuse. In real life, this is a black cube thing. It's actually an existing relay, but you're taking power from the incoming side of this relay. The following shows that relay pulled out and a power tap installed in the incoming pin. Once installed, you have to modify the relay lip so that brass colored pin can hang out and still allow the relay to be replaced. You may also have to cut a small slot in the fuse panel box or lid to run the wire out to your new relay.

That yellow wire you see coming off the power tap would typically go to the incoming pin of the low power circuit on your accessory relay.
Here is a fairly basic and typical wiring diagram for wiring up a couple of lights:

I've shown a "4-pin" relay. You will find "5-pin" relays out there, too. Not to worry, they work about the same. The only difference is that those have separate pins for each lights. On the "4-pin" relay, you couple the two light wires together that goes from the relay to each light. Oh, install an inline fuse of the recommended rating as per your accessory.
This can be used for almost any high power draw accessory.
