So i took my tail shaft apart today and found my problem. On the tail shaft there are 3 bearings. The middle one was shot to *&%^/ The race for the bearing had a huge gouge in it and every single bearing in that area was scored. Since I have that part of the tranny apart I decided to change out every bearing since I get wholesale price from the dealership, my friend is manager of parts. Thanks for all the info and advice from everyone. I will post pics of the bearings and update once the car is put back together.

Sorry to hear it wasn't the "simple" job of just changing out the rear one.

You still have to remove the tail shaft cause there is no way to get the tail end bearing out without doing so. But its cool I feel the job is done right by doing it this way.

i replaced every tailshaft bearing and also replaced the locking nut and all washers. After much beer the total cost was around $140 which looking at the work wasn't bad at all. It drives better than when I bought it. I am getting absolutely no noise and no vibration. Satisfaction I tell ya, satisfaction.
