would you every do a full threat on how to do a "power pack"/Engine Replacement? and a seprete tread on how to rebuild the eng?

I hope I'm not in a position to ever have to. But I were, the process would be so complicated, that it would be far better to simply buy the Helm Service Manual for the car. Changing or rebuiding an engine is far beyond the confines of an internet car forum.
