i was on the freeway, and a oldschool supra pulled up, and started gunning it, i was like wth? so i dropped to 3, then to fourth and was already ahead of him about 4 car lengths, at 4th i maxed out at 110 or but didnt notice i was redlining for quite a few seconds, shifting into fifth a white plume of smoke showed up in the rear view mirror. i hope im not burning oil, or vtec oil. any ideas??? oil smoke is blue, whats the white smoke?

I'm no expert, but I think white smoke is a sign of running lean or leaking coolant. If you only saw the puff of smoke during the shift and is not constantly putting out white smoke, I wouldn't worry about it. If it was constant, then you have a problem and you should see the dealer.

definitely should see the dealer asap...
white smoke can be the worst- water!
if you havent driven the car in a while, you could get condensation- otherwise white smoke can be a sign of a blown head gasket.
just noticed that you posted this a month ago- car o.k.?
if this was a one time thing, then not likely a head gasket...
