for the past month now ive noticed that when i put my top down and put it back up my rear windsheild has rubbings on the top of it. I asked the person at the honda dealership and he said it was normal. I was wondering if this really was normal and how should i fix it. Heres some pics...theyre horrible quality but you get the idea.

Mine has been doing the same thing since I got it. It hasn't gotten bad and doesn't bother me at all, but I very rarerly drive with the top up.

Do those "rubbings" come off? Try to determine what exactly is making contact with that part of the glass. You might try to treat the black part of the top that makes contact with a 303 protectant and also do a glass treatment using something like Rain-X. See if that would reduce the marks.
In the "old days" when people only had plastic rear windows, some owners would put in a "pool noodle" to minimize the crease that usually forms due to the top folding. If treating the two contacting surfaces don't do anything, you may have to resort to putting something between the 2 whenever you close the top - like a thin strip of wood wrapped in felt. It's a PITA, but many people before you did the pool noodle thing as a habit. I have the plastic rear window and have never bothered with the pool noodle, but then, the idea of getting a crease never bothered me. Perhaps you'll simply get used to these rubbings.
