1. For the past couple of weeks, I have noticed a squeak coming from the driver's side when I go over bumpy roads. It isn't very loud but is noticable. It sounds like it is coming from the rear of the car. Any thoughts on what this could be? I also just had the exhaust taken off and had the resonator deleted.

2. There is a clicking noise coming from the driver's side part of the top. It sounds like one of the hinges. It doesn't do this all of the time, it seems like only when it is cold. Is this typical? Also my rear window rattles a little when at freeway speeds. Any input would be helpful. It is an 06.

First and foremost, since it's a relatively new car and under warranty, let the dealer fix this stuff.
1. Squeaking over bumpy roads can be cause by many things.
-loose spare tire tie down nut.
-spring spacers that may have been left in.
-bad shock.
-defective suspension spring.
-sway bar and suspension bushings that make noises when the things running inside them move.

2. Soft top front latch rattle is not uncommon. Fixes by owners involve everything from a bit of rubber tubing and rubber strips installed in just the right places to squirting a bit of white lithium grease into the internal mechanism. I've also heard of rear window rattles. Again, the jusicious installation of bits of foam cushioning have been known to take care of this. The precise location of these little bits depend upon exactly what parts are actually moving too much or too loose.
