I am considering buying a Spoon X brace that was taken off an AP1. Does anyone know if it will fit the AP2?

Back? What x-brace fits on the rear?

Spoon Rear XBrace - It's not exactly an X but that is what they call it and it's on my S.

Does the Xbrace still work with the factory airbox and snorkel, or do you have to have an aftermarket intake?

The x brace I am talking about goes under the front end.

Some care must be taken when trying to re-install the bolts that come with the Spoon X-brace. The sub-frame may be under some tension and once the old bolts come out, the holes may not line up as each hole goes through several layers of frame work. You may find it far safer to loosen the bolts that hold the smaller pieces of the sub-frame together, then put the new X-brace bolts in by hand. Lube up the bolt threads with a bit of oil so the thread true. Once you get them almost tight, begin to tighten up the other bolts you loosened. Then torque them all down properly. As a final note, install the X-brace with the whole front end jacked up evenly. Don't do it by jacking up one side, then the other. This puts torsional twist into the frame and you'll screw the X-brace on with the frame in a twisted tension.
