Can't say for sure about your '06, but previous years, the antenna wire is YEL/GRN.

If you look under the dash at the fuse box you can just tap into the ign fuse and it will work like champ. Post if you need anymore information I recently did this as well as builing a custom box and wiring a converter. Good luck-Rahul

If you lay under the dash area(infront of your drivers seat) you should see a fuse box. You might have to remove one or more of the side panels to access it but I dont think so. Then remove the cover and look at the diagram on the cover. Find the ign fuse, about 15amps i think, pull it out with a needle nose plier, wrap some of your remote wire around it, and plug it back in.-Rahul S

Not good. Do you care if the amp is on even if the stereo is not on while you drive? If not, then you can tap for power whenever the ignition is ON. There are 3 empty spade connectors at the fuse panel. Look here:
http://www.s2ki.com/forums/index.php?act=module&module=gallery&cmd=viewimage&img=273166
You need a 1/4" female spade connector.
If you don't want the amp on when you aren't using the stereo, then you'll need to probe the wires coming out the back of the HU to find a suitable remote tap. I'm sure the connections for the stock CD changer will have one.

Mine stays on as long as the car is on which is what I wanted. Id rather have it on then turning on and off with my radio, I think the way I did it is preety much the same way repiv is showing if I am correct

Yup, basically the same, but a different circuit. You're tapping into the actual fuse. My diagram shows the unused power tap that Honda provided for such things.

I know what you mean. I did that up with hand written labelling as a quick post for someone in dire need. It's helped a lot of people since.

Well, I know it helped me when I hardwired my radar detector. I like the fact that Honda thought far enough ahead to provide us those things.

I hope someone comes along who has done exactly what you are wishing to do. Till then, probing those pins in the back of the HU may be your only option.
Another guy you can contact about this would be "Lucid". He's the guy who has designed and sells the harnesses to do all sorts of stuff for this HU. He's "Lucid Automotive". http://www.lucidauto.com/
He'll know every wire our stereos have.

That's strange. If you were wired to #10 pin (looking at the harness connector on the pin-side where it plugs into radio, it's top row, far right), I could understand that but I thought that #1, Yel/Grn, is a radio-switched signal to the antenna.

This is what I got from reading around.

I sent an email to Modifry to see if he's got the colors for those marked "?" and to confirm my DIY chart.

You're talking in riddles. I'm not following.
Temperature? Gauge? 53? Your girl kicked your car?

He has a '06 which has a outside temperature read-out on the instrument cluster. I believe that's the 53 degree question. The rest might have something to do with an overabundance of malted beverages....:D

There should never be any kicking of S2000's, I do not know about you but I would be going insane after that.

Is this temp display part of the radio HU display? If it isn't, then I can't see how the two are related.
