The cel I got today is P0132 Bank 1 censor 1 (censor circuit High Volts).
What is this? I had a test pipe for a minute but I don't have a engine management so I was afraid I was running lean with my supercharger. So The only mods on my car is the Vortech supercharger stock boost, exhaust HKS.
What 02 sensor is this in the header or the cat?
Thanks Dave

This would be the Primary O2 sensor in the header. Do you by any chance, have a narrow band A/F gauge? If so, you may have damaged the wire when you hooked it up. If not, then I suggest you look carefully at your Vortech Black Box wiring. One of those wires is spliced into the ECU on the wire right next to the the O2 sensor wire. If there was a mistake, this may be showing up now.
If the wiring is good, then here is what the manual suggests, however, with the ECU tapped into with the black box from Vortech, you may have a slightly more complicated situation.
1. Reset the ECU (pull the BACK UP fuse).
2. Start engine. Hold rpm at 3000, no load, in neutral, till rad fan comes on. (this may throw an EPS light but it should go away on the next driving cycle.)
3. Test drive as follows:
- 55 mph stead speed
- 6th gear
- Until readiness code or Temporary DTC P0133 comes on.
4. Scan for temporary code
Is there a code P0133?
YES - Replace primary O2 sensor.
NO - intermittent failure, system OK at this time.
Check for poor connections at primary O2 sensor wires at ECU. (This leads me back to the Vortech wiring for the black boxes.
I'm thinking that your O2 sensor is OK. There's something going on with the wiring.

Ok, It has been running fine ever since I rewired the box. I soldered (excuse my spelling) my connections and used shrink tubing. If I pull the backup fuse and reset the ecu it takes the car about 4 days to throw that cel. So i guess I will start with what you suggested.
Thanks,

You know what I just thought of Dave. What about this, my buddy installed my yellow box for me, and it seems like it is not working right for some reason. I wonder if he maybe installed it wrong which is making this cel come on?

To rule that out, trace the YB wires back to where they are connected and remove it from the equation. Put the stock wiring back to normal and drive it a few days and see what happens. When I spliced in the YB at the ECU, I got a CEL immediately. I gave up doing it there and went straight to the speed sensor at the tranny,
